Architectural Plans

Engage with your architect to produce detailed construction drawings. These essential blueprints will guide your project from conception to completion, capturing your vision with precision.

Understanding Permissions

Identify if your project requires Planning Permission or qualifies as Permitted Development. This crucial step ensures compliance with local planning regulations.

Application Submission

Proceed to apply for the necessary Planning Permission or register your Permitted Development. This formal step is critical in legitimizing your construction project.

Approval and Preliminary Discussions

On receiving approval for your design, please make contact with us so we can arrange a time to meet you and discuss your project.

Project Commencement

With all necessary approvals in place, it's time to officially begin your project. This exciting phase marks the start of turning your dream into reality.

Laying the Foundation

The site set up will be established making the site secure and the dig for foundations can commence.

Completing the Superstructure

Construct the superstructure, ensuring the building is secure and watertight upon completion of the roof. This step is a significant milestone in the building's development.

First Fix

With the exterior secure, begin the internal works. This phase includes the first fix of electrics, plumbing and carpentry framework. Once complete the projects is ready to be boarded out for the plaster.

The Second Fix

The second fix is when the bathrooms, kitchens and tiling is installed, with all sockets and switches before decoration works begin.

Finishing

Decoration is carried out, electrics and plumbing are given a final test. The project is given a final clean and the whole project is checked over to make sure we leave you with an luxurious finish.

Handover to the Customer

The culmination of your project is the handover of the property. This final step ensures everything is completed to your satisfaction, marking the end of the construction process and the beginning of your new home experience.

Throughout every stage of construction, we collaborate closely with Building Control to ensure that each phase of your project is rigorously inspected and approved. This meticulous process guarantees that the work not only aligns with your expectations but also adheres to all applicable building regulations and standards.
